Products and ingredients

Our balms are cosmetic moisturising products. They are not sold as medicines, sunscreen or treatments for a medical condition. Read the ingredient information and the selected formula and size before purchasing. Jar sizes are measured by volume; balm stick volume is shown on its listing. Small-batch colour, scent and texture can vary naturally. Product images illustrate the range; consult the listing and label for ingredients and volume.

Prices and orders

Review the currency, product price, shipping charge and tax information shown at checkout before paying. The total displayed there applies to your order. Availability depends on the selected variant. If an item is unavailable or we identify a material listing or price error after an order, we will contact you with the proposed correction or cancellation and refund; we will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are entitled to use. Order communications are sent using the contact details you provide. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellation requests.

Delivery and returns

Dispatch is normally within 5 business days; carrier transit is additional. See the shipping policy for destinations, international quotes, customs and local pickup. Balms are final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. We help with damaged, incorrect or defective orders as explained in the returns policy.

Do not use the site fraudulently, interfere with its operation or copy brand material for unauthorised commercial use. External social and stockist links are provided for convenience and have their own terms and privacy practices. We aim to keep information accurate and will correct errors when identified.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, cancellation rights, remedies or protections provided by applicable law. Ontario and applicable Canadian law govern these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
